Explaining How the Turbine Works

Hope Street Academy was able to partner with Kansas State Engineering extension, Iowa Energy Alternative, and Evergy to provide repairs to the Hope Street wind turbine.

Through this combined effort the wind turbine is now spinning faster than ever and students will be able to get reacquainted with the wind turbine and alternative energy production happening right here at Hope Street Academy.
